What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, an optional budget indication and your message. If you call, email or WhatsApp us, we hold that correspondence.

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your enquiry, quote for work and deliver any project you go ahead with. We don't sell your data and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.

How long we keep it

Enquiries we don't proceed with are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to paid work are kept for six years to meet UK accounting requirements.

Third parties

We use reputable providers for hosting, email, calendar bookings and analytics. These providers process data on our behalf and only for the purposes described above.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email dawrightco@gmail.com and we'll action it within one month.
