Terms of service

Quotes and scope

Every project starts with a written scope and a fixed price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.

Payment

Website projects are invoiced 50% on acceptance and 50% before launch. Care plans and ad management are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Ad spend is paid directly by you to the advertising platform.

Revisions

Each package includes the number of revision rounds listed on the pricing page. Additional rounds are charged at our standard hourly rate, agreed in advance.

Your responsibilities

You'll provide content, images and feedback within a reasonable timeframe, and confirm you have the rights to any material you supply.

Ownership

Once the final invoice is paid, the design and content produced for your project are yours. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Cancellation

You can stop a project at any point; work completed to that date is payable. Care plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

Liability

We take care to build reliable, secure sites, but we can't guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels or revenue. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the work in question.
